An excellent knive I cannot thank you enough for having it in stock. I looked around in many places and I just wasn’t able to find it. You had it shipped it out very fast,I received it very quickly and amazingly it arrive to me before my trip thank you very much for having some of the hardest things to find.
I really did not want to like the Finch line since it was made in China, but the truth is I think all four models I have are great knives. If they were made here they would probably cost twice as much. Great action. Sharpen to a razors edge. I highly recommend you try one.
My first Finch and very happy with it. The Roadrunner ticked a lot of boxes for me. It’s well crafted and designed. I’ll be looking out for others from them.
I have been looking forward to the RoadRunner release since Finch teased it on Instagram nearly a year ago. I was not disapointed. It has a great dagger look to it and the yellow and black scales are perfect for the style. The blade is only edged on one side so it is still a legal carry in most of New York State. The action is fantastic, the blade flicks open so fast it's a blur. The snap is sharp when you open and close it. The liner lock is easy to use one-handed. The blade has an ecxellent edge to it and the point is narrow and sharp. I used it to remove a splinter and it comes to a needle-point. It's fun to fidget with and is great to look at.
Full disclosure, I'm a Finch fan.
Wow, just received my Roadrunner this afternoon, and this thing has a new level of awesome. It's a bit different from some of Finches previous models like the 1929 or the Runtly. This thing has a bit of "heft" to it and I can't get a full 4 finger purchase. The old stiletto vibe is just so distinctive and cool.
Blade is perfectly centered, damn sharp and it disappears inside of the scales when closed (like Cimarron).
Blade deployment has that good clean break from the detent giving it a snappy opening.
And it has all of the other things that make Finch one of my favorites, well rounded edges, good solid feel, beautiful action.
It's DEFINITELY going to work with me tomorrow. Thanks Finch and Traditional Pocket Knives you guys always have Finches first. 👍👍
