Lake Champlain Barlow: Sheepsfoot - Natural Micarta

This is a splendid, well built knife. The quality is flawless. I cannot imagine how it could be improved.

Awesome, as always.

I've got many different versions of the Ohio River Jack and this is my first Lake Champlain Barlow. As expected, the fit, finish, and function are all flawless. Well centered. Snappy walk and talk. IMO the brightest shining star is the blade grind. It is one of the best grinds I've ever enjoyed on a production knife. Very nicely done! In fact, I liked this one so much that I've ordered another in a different blade/scale format to add to the collection. If you are on the fence, just get one. You will be very pleased.

Ridiculously Awesome Modern Traditional

I've completed my review of the clip point/camo carbon on YouTube - so would defer you there. But in short, this Lake Champlain model builds on everything good from the Ohio River Jack, and takes it to the next level with a deep hollow ground, a perfectly crispy (but not uncomfortable) spine, lots of cover options, a nicely blasted integral Ti bolster, and full-handed sizing. EXCELLENT!
