Love my penguins. This one is special

Love the Penguin models but never pulled the trigger on getting one of the high end models. This exclusive model with the m390 blade was too good to pass up for the price. Really I decided to come back and write the review because I appreciated the little handwritten note at the bottom of the invoice that came with my package. Was just a nice touch that no one else does

The penguin is an excellent knife, and I always wanted one in this size in a good steel. I wasn't honestly so sure about the white G10 with the black blade and liners but I figured I could always swap the micarta from another version. Well, since I got it, that plan is right out, I love it with the white scales. Looks really cool in person and is just an outstanding value at this price.

An already-great knife for EDC in a premium steel with a cool, exclusive colorway at this price? Can't beat it. Ordering/shipping was all smooth sailing, and the knife itself is great. Detent is not too strong nor too weak, action is nice and drop-shutty, and the blade shape is a winner IMO. Stop reading this review and buy it.
