Uk review Rosecraft Otter Creek Barlow

As a great fan of Barlows this Rosecraft Barlow in sandalwood is stunning fit and finish walk and talk all 100% spot on , fantastic edition to my collection. Once again C.Risner perfect company to deal with hassle free shipping into the UK generally 4 to 5 working days from placing order and landing on your doorstep, seriously doesn’t come much better than that .

Form, function, value

If you are a Barlow fan, you don't want to miss out on this one, especially if you like the slimmer style without a pen blade like mostly you see on barlows It's still a big solid knife, but more pocket friendly. I love the sandalwood covers, much like ccocobolo or rosewood, lots of grain and color variation. The blade has a great look to it with a stylish swedge and a generous nail nick.pretty snappy with a strong pull, about a 6. I'm still evauating the blade steel and cutting ability, but generally I find D2 to be an excellent choice for a budget friendly knife.

Proper barlow, affordable price

Flawless fit & finish. Excellent swedge. Top of bolsters are rounded which makes them slightly longer than the beaver creek's. If RC took this frame and added the loosahatchie blade and stag covers that would be even more proper.

My Favorite

What a looker. This is my favorite so far.
I did notice this example is a little "sluggish"
on the closing walk & talk. I'll give it a good flushing
and go from there.
