Great experience with TPK, would recommend. Nice knife overall, and I love the stag. However, I will agree with the other review here about it not having as much snap as some of the other Rosecraft knives I own. This is by no means a deal breaker at this price point though! If your on the fence, get it!
Beautiful knife perfect size and shape
Only nip pick is the pull is harder then the other rosecraft blades i have maybe it will work in
Even the Rosecraft site is out of stock on this one, so grab it here while you can. High polished bolsters and really nice stag, with perfect centering on the blade. The sowbelly has a gentle sway to it that fits my hand well and makes it easy to use. Combine it with a TPK slip and it makes for a beautiful combination. Along with the Nolichucky Jack this is my favorite Rosecraft, and I think has the nicest looking stag. This model also comes in a black sandalwood version with an inset club shield, but I’m a sucker for nicely fitted and polished stag and this one has it. Get one while you can, you won’t regret it.
This was my first stag handled knife and its a beauty. Like all Rosecraft knives it has a great 'walk & talk', a sharp, out-of-the- box blade and a good feeling in the hand thanks to the sowbelly shape and superb fit and finish. Highly recommended.
