The 2nd original design from Austin Jackson, the Lake Champlain Barlow is named after the Essex-class carrier USS Lake Champlain CV-39. This mighty ship is the carrier Clarence Risner (founder of C. Risner Cutlery and Austin's Grandfather) served onboard during his time in the U.S. Navy. Built tough, just like the ship, the Lake Champlain Barlow features two different blade options and multiple different handle options.

TPK hits another one out of the park. The knife is fantastic. Fit and finish are flawless. The sawcut titanium scales look and feel great. Nice work Austin!
Austin knocked this one out of the park! Awesome larger Barlow! QSP nailed the OEM work!
This knife has excellent fit and finish and is very well built. Feels very solid in the hand and the blade looks to be very capable. Sawcut titanium is superbly done and has plenty of grip. Overall, this knife is as good as anything in my collection.
A larger barlow, perfect grind on the blade, I love the "sawcut titanium" pattern. Knife sounds and feels incredible, fit is perfect. I am a huge fan of the previous design (Ohio River Jack, in all it's configurations) -- and the Lake Champlain Barlow is an astoundingly good next-entry!
